I get overwhelmed when I see the enthusiasm in our Team IPF which is progressing by leaps & bounds.

A group of like minded physicians meet, decide to organize academic activities which are need based, soon convert it into a registered body, an official organ takes birth as a IPF E-News Letter & then for wider visibility, emerges a webpage. This webpage will be like a lighthouse attracting the attention of clinicians, like sailors in the ocean & guiding them to their much-needed academic help in their clinical field.

Our journey has been remarkable, and the dedication of our members continues to inspire me every day. The collaborative spirit we've fostered has led to groundbreaking research and innovative treatments that benefit patients worldwide. As we move forward, I'm confident that we'll continue to set new benchmarks in our field.

As President of our esteemed organization, I take great pride in witnessing our community grow through knowledge, collaboration, and innovation. We are dedicated to fostering a supportive environment for both seasoned professionals and young surgeons.

Together, we aim to elevate the field by promoting cutting-edge practices and building strong academic and professional networks nationally and internationally. This year, we've expanded our educational programs to include virtual training sessions accessible to members worldwide.

Our research grants program has funded 15 innovative projects this year, with results to be presented at our annual meeting. We've also established partnerships with three international societies to facilitate knowledge exchange and collaborative research opportunities.

This quarter, we've launched a new member portal with enhanced features including discussion forums, event calendars, and a searchable member directory.

Our monthly webinar series has attracted over 1,000 participants, featuring topics ranging from basic techniques to advanced surgical innovations. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and we're expanding the program based on member suggestions.
